Jamnagar, September 3: On the auspicious occasion of Janmashtami, Kumbhiya Fakhruddin Ali, known as KF Ali, has created a remarkable oil painting depicting Lord Krishna’s devotion and the spirit of the festival. This artwork, crafted over the last 8 to 10 days, is not just a blend of colors and lines but a heartfelt artistic expression linked to the city of Dwarka, filled with faith, love, and emotional connection.
The artist dedicated significant effort and concentration to shape this special painting. It beautifully captures Lord Krishna’s flute, the spiritual essence of Dwarka, and various emotions associated with Janmashtami on a single canvas. Notably, this work conveys a unique message of unity, devotion, and the fusion of art. The artist believes that the bond between devotees and the divine is tied not by physical threads but by faith, love, and unwavering devotion.
Fakhruddin Ali shared with a news agency, “Most of my paintings are inspired by the divine pastimes of Lord Krishna and the city of Dwarka. The main reason is that I spent some of the most significant years of my life, which I consider my golden period, in the holy city of Dwarka. Therefore, my heart and love are deeply connected to Lord Krishna’s city.”
Since childhood, Kumbhiya Fakhruddin Ali has had a special affinity for painting. He showed interest in the art form from the age of 11. Over time, this hobby became his identity, and today he boasts nearly 40 years of experience in painting. His unique style of oil painting on canvas is a hallmark of his artistry.
He mentioned, “Painting has been a part of my family’s tradition. I have been painting since I was 11 years old. My works are increasingly unique oil paintings.”
Due to work commitments, he had the opportunity to stay in Dwarka for an extended period. During this time, the land of Dwarka, the devotion to Lord Dwarkadhish, and the spiritual atmosphere profoundly impacted him.
Over time, he developed a deep emotional connection with Dwarka and became linked to Krishna devotion. Through his paintings, he expresses his feelings and faith towards Lord Krishna. Every year, he strives to create a special painting dedicated to Lord Dwarkadhish for the sacred festival of Janmashtami. This year, he has continued this artistic tradition with a beautiful oil painting dedicated to Lord Krishna.
He revealed that for the past 5-7 years, he has been attempting to create unique paintings on the theme of Lord Krishna for the Janmashtami festival. This year, he has created three images of Lord Krishna.
