Nagpur :- Bombay High Court has allowed Uddhav Thackeray led Shiv Sena to hold Dussehra rally at Shivaji Park. The court observed that Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has misused its power in deciding the application of the petitioner (Thackeray), which was the first to apply for permission.

The court also directed the Thackeray-led faction to show the order to the BMC and seek fresh permission, as per GR of 2016.

Video recording ot the function on October 5, to be done and if found that the petitioners are responsible for creating any law and order situation, it would affect their permission in the future, the court has stated in its order.

Both the faction have claimed that they are the real Shiv Sena. The case is pending with the Supreme Court.
