Indore, March 4: A young man was tragically stabbed to death during a dispute over color throwing in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on the occasion of Holi. The police are currently searching for the suspects involved in the incident.
According to police reports, the incident occurred in the Palda area of the Bhawarkuan police station on Wednesday afternoon. The victim, Aditya Jamre, originally from Badwani, was working for a private company in Indore and was at home celebrating Holi with his siblings.
While standing outside his home, a group of young men approached and threw color on him, leading to a heated argument. The situation escalated, resulting in one of the assailants attacking Aditya with a knife.
Neighbors reported that after being stabbed, Aditya collapsed on the ground. He was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, where doctors later pronounced him dead. The severe injuries to his chest and head caused significant blood loss, which is believed to be the cause of his death.
The police have begun reviewing nearby surveillance footage in an effort to identify the attacker. The body has been sent for post-mortem examination.
