New Delhi, April 28: A tragic hit-and-run incident occurred in the Parliament Street area of New Delhi late Monday night, resulting in the deaths of two cousins, aged 20 and 14.
Authorities were alerted to the accident through a PCR call. The victims were returning home after watching an IPL match when the incident took place.
According to officials, the collision occurred at the T-point of Ashok Road near the PNB complex, where a motorcycle collided with a heavy goods vehicle. An investigation is underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
When police arrived at the scene, they found the two boys lying on the road. Both were rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors pronounced them dead.
