Tragic Fire During Car Charging in Indore Claims Eight Lives

Indore, March 18: A devastating fire broke out during a car charging session in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, resulting in the tragic deaths of eight individuals and leaving several others severely injured. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav expressed his condolences regarding this unfortunate incident.

According to reports, the fire ignited on Wednesday in the Brijeshwari Colony area near Bengali Chauraha while a car was being charged. The flames quickly escalated, engulfing the entire building. Gas cylinders stored inside the premises also caught fire, leading to a series of explosions that caused part of the structure to collapse.

The fire and subsequent explosions disrupted the electricity supply, preventing digital locks in the rooms from functioning. As a result, those sleeping inside were unable to escape, leading to their tragic demise. Several others suffered severe burns and were rushed to the hospital for treatment.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav expressed deep sorrow over the incident, describing the fire tragedy in Indore as extremely painful. He offered his heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased and prayed for the souls of the departed and the swift recovery of the injured.
