Tragic Collision in Muzaffarpur Claims Four Lives

Muzaffarpur, May 3: A devastating collision between a truck and an out-of-control car occurred in the Motipur police station area of Muzaffarpur district on Sunday, resulting in the deaths of four individuals. The impact was so severe that the car was completely mangled. Authorities are currently investigating the incident.

According to police reports, the accident took place near Ratanpur on National Highway 27. The truck was parked in the main lane in front of a trailer line hotel when a car was speeding towards Muzaffarpur city. At the same time, a motorcyclist attempted to cross the road. In an effort to avoid hitting the biker, the car driver lost control and crashed directly into the stationary truck.

The collision obliterated the car, which had two young men in the front and two in the back. All four occupants died at the scene. Following the accident, a crowd of local residents gathered to assist with rescue efforts, temporarily disrupting traffic on the road.

Muzaffarpur’s rural police superintendent, Rajesh Singh Prabhakar, confirmed that four people in the car lost their lives in this tragic road accident. He stated that police arrived promptly after receiving the report. After considerable effort, authorities managed to extricate the bodies from the vehicle and transported them to the hospital for post-mortem examinations. Traffic on the route has since been restored, and police are conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.
