Tata Investment Corporation shines on reporting 67% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

Tata Investment Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 1523.75, up by 109.80 points or 7.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 1413.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1456.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1539.85 and Rs. 1450.00 respectively. So far 16887 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1734.00 on 14-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1117.40 on 28-Jul-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1539.85 and Rs. 1385.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7736.02 crore.

Tata Investment Corporation has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2022.

The company has reported a rise of 68.09% in its net profit at Rs 108.69 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 64.66 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 71.99% at Rs 126.41 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 73.50 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported rise of 66.52% in its net profit at Rs 89.74 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 53.89 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 64.70% at Rs 102.08 crore for Q1FY23 as compared Rs 61.98 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
