The discussions emphasized capacity building, training cooperation, and a commitment to strengthening bilateral defense relations. Earlier in July, the Indian Navy’s Eastern Fleet, including ships INS Udaygiri, INS Shakti, and INS Kavaratti, participated in a joint passage exercise with the Royal Thai Navy’s HTMS Chao Phraya. This exercise took place following a visit to Thailand’s Sattahip Port.
