New Delhi, May 1: The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has announced 35 job vacancies for medical professionals, including General Duty Medical Officers (GDMOs) and specialist doctors across various departments. This recruitment will be conducted on a contractual basis, inviting eligible candidates to apply through an official notification.
The available positions include 3 medical specialists, 3 general surgery specialists, 2 obstetricians and gynecologists, 3 ophthalmologists, 2 radiologists, 1 pathologist, 1 anesthesiologist, and 20 GDMOs.
Candidates will be selected based on a walk-in interview, medical examination, and document verification. The monthly salary for specialist doctors will be ₹85,000, while GDMOs will receive ₹75,000.
To qualify for the interview, candidates must hold an MBBS degree or a relevant postgraduate degree/diploma from a recognized institution. Additionally, candidates must meet other eligibility criteria and possess the required years of experience.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 70 years. The walk-in interviews will take place at the following locations:
– May 25 at 10:00 AM at Frontier Headquarters SSB, Siliguri, PO- Sushruta Nagar, Ranidanga
– May 28 at Frontier Headquarters SSB, Guwahati, Research Gate, Jaya Nagar, Khanapara
– June 1 at Frontier Headquarters SSB, Lucknow, TC/35, Sankalp Bhawan, V-2, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar
– June 4 at Frontier Headquarters SSB, Patna, 3rd Floor, Karpoori Thakur Bhawan, Digha-Ashiyana Road
