Spandana Sphoorty Financial gains on getting nod to raise fund through various mode

Spandana Sphoorty Financial is currently trading at Rs. 396.20, up by 1.25 points or 0.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 394.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 406.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 414.75 and Rs. 390.55 respectively. So far 38552 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 830.00 on 14-Jan-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 384.00 on 30-Nov-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 454.45 and Rs. 390.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2546.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.29%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.98% and 20.74% respectively.

Spandana Sphoorty Financial has received approval from board of directors for raising of funds by way of further issue of securities through private offerings and/or qualified institutions placement or other permissible mode under the applicable laws and/ or any combination thereof, in one or more tranches, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 300 crore, subject to applicable laws, and necessary Members of the Company/Regulatory approvals, as applicable. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on January 10, 2022 has approved the same.
