
Ghaziabad, October 6 (Daily Kiran) : A horrific murder case has emerged from Ghaziabad, where a woman was brutally beaten to death by her husband, father-in-law, and mother-in-law. The incident occurred in the Sadarpur village of the Madhuban Bapudham police jurisdiction.
According to reports, the woman faced daily disputes over trivial matters, including cooking. Frustrated with the constant arguments, her in-laws and husband decided to take drastic action. They attacked her with an iron rod, leading to her tragic death.
Rahu Rathi, a resident of Jalalpur village in Aligarh district, filed a complaint at the Madhuban Bapudham police station. He stated that his sister, Renu, was killed by her husband Arun Kumar, aged 38, her father-in-law Vinod Kumar, aged 58, and her mother-in-law Rohatashi, approximately 55 years old. The trio brutally assaulted her with the iron rod.
Based on Rathi’s complaint, police registered a case under number 312/26, Sections 85/103(1) BNS. Following instructions from higher authorities, a special team was formed. During their investigation, the team apprehended the three suspects near the Bunka Mart police outpost in the Madhuban Bapudham area.
During questioning, the arrested individuals admitted that Renu frequently quarreled over minor issues and cooking, causing ongoing strife in the household. Driven by frustration, they jointly attacked her, resulting in her death.
The police have recovered the iron rod used in the crime. Legal proceedings against the suspects are currently underway. The Ghaziabad Police Commissionerate acted swiftly, ensuring the arrest of the murderers.
