Shocking Details Emerge in Ater Singh Bhadhana Murder Case: Autopsy Reveals Over 40 Injuries

Ater Singh Bhadhanas autopsy reveals over 40 injuries, shedding light on the brutal attack that led to his death in Bharatpur.

Bharatpur, October 13 (Daily Kiran) : The brutal murder of former Bayana legislator Ater Singh Bhadhana has taken a dark turn with the release of the autopsy report conducted by a medical board in Jaipur. The report reveals that Bhadhana’s body bore more than 40 injuries, including fractures in both arms and his right leg. A severe head injury has been identified as the cause of death.

The findings highlight the violent nature of the attack that led to Bhadhana’s demise. Initially, there were suspicions that he may have been shot, but X-rays and the autopsy did not confirm this. Evidence suggests that a group armed with sticks, rods, and other weapons assaulted him.

Family members allege that the attackers intended to burn Bhadhana and his staff alive following the assault. Reports indicate that the office and living quarters at the mining site were set ablaze after the incident.

Authorities have registered an FIR against over 94 suspects and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the attack. Investigators are also looking into a longstanding dispute related to land and mining leases, which may have been a motive for the violence.

In the meantime, Bhadhana’s family is demanding a CBI investigation into the case. His wife, Kamlesh Bhadhana, has filed a complaint at the Ver police station, naming 30 individuals and implicating 50 to 60 unidentified persons in charges of assault, stone-pelting, gunfire, and arson.

The FIR includes several names, such as Mukesh (son of Hargyan), Rajveer alias Maggu, Jagat, Babu, Banwari, Bhagchand, Vishnu, Hemsingh, Kaushal, Avtar, Shiv Singh, Jitendra, and Sanjay.

The police continue to investigate the case, with further legal actions pending against the accused.
