Shaina NC Criticizes Sanjay Raut as Full-Time Conspiracy Theorist and Part-Time MP

Shaina NC targets Sanjay Raut, questioning his role as an MP and addressing various political and social issues in Maharashtra.

Mumbai, September 23 (Daily Kiran) : Shiv Sena spokesperson Shaina NC has launched a scathing attack on party leader Sanjay Raut, labeling him a “full-time conspiracy theorist and part-time MP.” Speaking to a news agency, she criticized Raut for his frequent press conferences and continuous objections regarding the Election Commission, Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), and the electoral process.

Shaina pointed out that when the public votes using EVMs, questions arise about the machines, and similarly, doubts are cast on the electoral mandate whenever a leader is chosen.

Addressing a recent incident involving a minor in Jamui, Bihar, Shaina described it as tragic and shameful. She condemned those who filmed the incident instead of offering help, emphasizing the moral responsibility of bystanders in such situations. She called for strict action against the perpetrators and rejected the prevailing patriarchal mindset towards women.

On the opposition’s criticisms regarding Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the Special Investigation Report (SIR) process, Shaina stated that the opposition should not solely focus on criticism. She explained that the SIR is essential for cleaning up the voter list, which includes verifying names of deceased voters, those who have moved away, and alleged fake voters. She encouraged anyone with objections to file complaints within the designated period.

In response to Sonia and Rahul Gandhi’s objections to actions taken by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Shaina argued that investigative agencies should be allowed to perform their duties. If no wrongdoing has occurred, the parties involved should cooperate with the investigation, which will clarify the situation based on evidence.

Discussing the issue of inheritance under Muslim Personal Law, Shaina advocated for equal rights for both sons and daughters and stressed the need for a Uniform Civil Code (UCC) based on equality.

Regarding the drought-like conditions in Maharashtra, she noted that Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde are touring various districts to assess the situation. She assured that the government would make appropriate decisions in favor of farmers after reviewing the ground realities.

When asked about illegal constructions in Delhi, Shaina stated that whether it’s a temple or a mosque, the administration must act according to the law. On the controversy surrounding the Prime Minister’s mimicry, she acknowledged the place of humor but also highlighted the need to respect the constitutional dignity of the Prime Minister’s office.
