Jaipur : Sapta Shakti Command conducted a two days Orientation Seminar for all Station Commanders, Administrative Commandants, Directors and Officers Incharge of Ex Servicemen Compensatory Health Scheme (ECHS) in the Command Area of Responsibility covering Rajasthan, Haryana and Punjab. The Seminar was attended by Managing Director ECHS, Maj Gen Manoj Natarajan.
The aim of the seminar was to empower all stakeholders with enhanced understanding of policy provisions and optimising the resources to achieve the organisational goals. The best practices of various ECHS Polyclinics and redressal of grievances were focused upon during the seminar. Chief of Staff, South Western Command Lieutenant General A Arun addressed all attendees and emphasised the importance of continuously accelerating commitment with attitude of giving, compassion and empathy towards the needs of the ESM and their dependents.
Maj Gen Manoj Natarajan, Managing Director ECHS accompanied by Director Regional Centre Jaipur visited Sainik Kalyan Board Jaipur and visited various empanelled hospitals on 01 August and 02 August 23 to enhance the umbrella of benefits to the Ex Servicemen and their dependents.
