Lucknow, August 9: The spokesperson for the Samajwadi Party, Fakhrul Hasan Chand, has asserted that the next government in Uttar Pradesh will be formed by the Samajwadi Party. He emphasized that this government will focus on providing employment opportunities for the youth. Chand stated that the Samajwadi Party is consistently raising youth-related issues from Parliament to the streets while in opposition. He criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), claiming they lack substantial issues and only engage in religious politics, which will dominate their election campaign.
During a conversation in Lucknow, Chand remarked that as elections approach, the BJP’s perspective becomes increasingly religious. He pointed out that their political discourse revolves around Hindu-Muslim issues, temples and mosques, religious chants, love jihad, hijabs, madrasas, films, shrines, the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), and halal products. He argued that the BJP has no answers to pressing issues like unemployment, inflation, law and order, or paper leaks, focusing solely on communal narratives.
Chand also highlighted the recent incident of embezzlement at the Ram Temple during the BJP’s tenure, stating that the party has no response to this scandal. He believes that the public will not fall for the BJP’s deception in the upcoming state assembly elections.
In response to former Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan’s post, the Samajwadi Party spokesperson stated that no one has misled the students. He questioned whether Pradhan considers the students who lost their lives to be misguided.
Regarding student protests against paper leaks in Jharkhand, Chand expressed that the Samajwadi Party believes in dialogue as a means to find solutions. He is confident that the Jharkhand government will address these issues through conversation.
On the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga‘ campaign, Chand stated that the tricolor resides in the heart of every Indian. He emphasized that every citizen respects the flag and remembers the struggle for independence. The Samajwadi Party believes that the BJP should indeed organize a tricolor march, as the organizations associated with the BJP have no historical connection to India’s freedom struggle.
In response to Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar’s tweet, Chand suggested that Rajbhar may need better medical treatment. He advised that if conventional treatment isn’t helping, Rajbhar might consider alternative methods for his health. Chand expressed concern over Rajbhar’s mental stability, given the nature of his statements, and extended sympathy towards him, noting that he frequently makes such comments.
