Sai Manjrekar Emphasizes Continuous Learning and Groundedness for True Growth

Mumbai, May 19: Actress Sai Manjrekar, daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Manjrekar, is steadily carving her niche in the industry. She believes that despite her father’s prominent status, her success will ultimately rely on discipline, dedication, and hard work.

Reflecting on her journey, she stated, “I have always wanted to step out of the comfort of my film background and establish my own identity. For me, growth comes from continuous learning, proving myself through my work, and staying grounded amidst it all.”

Sai further explained that everyone’s journey comes with challenges, and instead of comparing ourselves to others, we should focus on our own development.

From a young age, Sai has had a deep passion for dance. Before entering the acting world, she worked as an assistant director on her father’s film ‘Astitva’ (2018). She made her Bollywood debut in 2019 with the role of ‘Khushi Chautala’ in ‘Dabangg 3’, capturing the audience’s attention right from her first film.

Soon, she will be seen in the pan-India period drama film ‘India House’. This film is based on real events from the pre-independence era in London in 1905, showcasing themes of love and revolution, shot in both Hindi and Telugu.

In ‘India House’, Sai portrays a character named ‘Sati’, with a traditional look. She stars alongside Nikhil Siddharth in a lead role, and veteran actor Anupam Kher also plays a significant part. The film is being produced by superstar Ram Charan’s company.
