Russia denies presence of troops in Ukraine’s Kharkiv

Moscow, March 3 : Russia on Thursday denied presence of any Russian troop in the city of Kharkiv in Ukraine. “There are no Russian troops in Kharkiv,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said. The Foreign Minister further said that a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine must include a provision for the destruction of weapons threatening Moscow. “Even if we sign an agreement, it must include such a clause,” Lavrov said.
