
Mumbai, May 3: The box office figures for Riteish Deshmukh‘s film “Raja Shivaji” have been released for its second day. On Saturday, the film earned less than its opening day. However, there are expectations that it will perform better in the coming days.
“Raja Shivaji,” which premiered in theaters on May 1, initially exceeded trade analysts’ predictions on its opening day. Riteish Deshmukh has received praise for both his performance and direction. Unfortunately, the second day’s earnings fell short of the opening day figures. Optimism remains that the film will shine in theaters on Sunday.

Riteish Deshmukh plays the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in this historical drama, which has garnered attention for its star cast and notable cameos. The film started strong with an opening day collection of ₹11.35 crores. However, on Saturday, it managed to collect only ₹7.44 crores. To date, “Raja Shivaji” has grossed a total of ₹18.79 crores.
