Chennai, September 23 (Daily Kiran) : Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is set to visit Tamil Nadu next month for his ‘Students’ Echo’ program, aimed at engaging with college students. Manickam Tagore, the president of the Tamil Nadu Congress, is organizing a significant event for this visit.
According to state Congress leaders, Gandhi will travel to Tamil Nadu in the first week of October to hold discussions with students as part of the initiative. The proposed schedule was discussed during a Congress meeting at the party headquarters in Chennai, chaired by Tagore, where the decision to host student discussions was finalized.
While the party has not yet announced specific dates or locations for the event, details regarding the participating colleges have also not been made public.
