Rahul Gandhi Launches Satyagraha Platform to Unite Voices of Struggle Across India

New Delhi, October 3 (Daily Kiran) : In New Delhi, on October 3, Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, unveiled a new initiative called ‘Satyagraha.’ He emphasized that many individuals across the country are fighting for their rights, often in isolation.

Gandhi shared his thoughts on the social media platform ‘X,’ stating, “People across the nation are fighting for their rights – and often they are alone. Gen Z, students, farmers, tribal communities, Dalits, and women – every struggle has its own story. However, the voices that rise alone are often silenced.”

He articulated that ‘Satyagraha’ aims to bring these voices together on a single platform. “Bapu taught us that truth is the greatest weapon, but an even greater weapon is standing together in truth,” he added.

Encouraging participation, Gandhi urged, “If you are fighting against injustice, share your story. It will take just two minutes. Your story will be mapped, and you will see who else is struggling like you.”

He reassured the public of his commitment to stand with them in every struggle. “I will do what I can – in Parliament, on the streets, through letters, and wherever I am needed. As the Leader of the Opposition, it is my responsibility. Share your Satyagraha story with me here.”

The initiative features a digital platform where individuals from across the country can share their experiences of injustice, struggles, and movements. These stories will be displayed on an interactive map, allowing those facing similar issues to connect with one another.

According to Congress sources, the platform aims to amplify grassroots movements on a national scale. It seeks to address issues such as increased student fees, farmers’ challenges, and the rights of tribal communities concerning water, forests, and land, as well as the atrocities faced by Dalits and women, ultimately forming a collective public movement.
