PTC India inches up on bagging tender worth Rs 9 crore

PTC India is currently trading at Rs. 109.90, up by 0.05 points or 0.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 109.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 109.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 110.40 and Rs. 109.40 respectively. So far 45182 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 144.45 on 19-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 57.30 on 21-Jan-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 111.95 and Rs. 108.25 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3254.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 16.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 44.30% and 39.48% respectively.

PTC India has bagged a tender worth Rs 9 crore for providing power management services to Mumbai Port Trust for three years. The bid is for providing ‘Technical Advisory Services, Operation & Maintenance of Electrical HT & LT network, System & Consumer Energy Metering & Billing Support to Mumbai Port Trust (MbPT) for a period of three years’.

PTC India is principally engaged in trading of power. PTC holds Category I license from Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), the highest category with permission to trade unlimited volumes.
