Prism Johnson zooms on reporting consolidated net profit of Rs 20 crore in Q1

Prism Johnson is currently trading at Rs. 127.80, up by 4.10 points or 3.31% from its previous closing of Rs. 123.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 123.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 130.55 and Rs. 123.70 respectively. So far 123559 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 143.80 on 20-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 98.05 on 27-Jan-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 130.55 and Rs. 123.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6468.13 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.23% and 16.90% respectively.

Prism Johnson has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2023 (Q1FY24). The company has reported 68.75% fall in its net profit at Rs 10.26 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 32.83 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 9.72% at Rs 1805.60 crore for Q1FY24 as compared Rs 1645.59 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit at Rs 20.76 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2023 as compared to net loss of Rs 16.01 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 7.69% at Rs 1956.60 crore for Q1FY24 as compared Rs 1816.85 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
