New Delhi, March 22: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has conveyed his best wishes to the people of Bihar on the occasion of Bihar Day. He praised the state, stating that Bihar, which adds grandeur and divinity to Indian heritage, is currently engaged in crafting new chapters of progress.
In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, Prime Minister Modi wrote, “On Bihar Day, I extend my heartfelt greetings to all families in the state. Our province, which enriches Indian heritage with its grandeur and divinity, is now dedicated to creating new chapters of progress. I am confident that the dedication and strength of the hardworking and energetic people here will greatly contribute to realizing the vision of a developed Bihar and a developed India.”
On Bihar Day, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar also offered his congratulations and best wishes. In his post on ‘X’, he stated, “On the occasion of Bihar Day, I extend heartfelt greetings and best wishes. Bihar’s history has been glorious, and we are currently shaping a bright future for the state through our determination. I urge all of you to join in fulfilling the commitment to a prosperous Bihar. Together, we will elevate Bihar’s pride to new heights.”
Earlier, Union Home Minister Amit Shah sent greetings to all brothers and sisters of Bihar, stating in a post, “Famous for its rich culture, traditions, and unique arts, Bihar has always shown the path of social justice and intellectual awakening to the nation. From the glorious traditions of Nalanda and Vikramshila to the freedom struggle and the Emergency, Bihar has made invaluable contributions to nation-building at every stage. Today, Bihar is setting new records of progress and advancement while preserving its vast heritage and traditions.”
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla wrote in a post on ‘X’, “The land of valor, knowledge, and heritage, Bihar has guided the nation for centuries.
