New Delhi, June 20: On the occasion of President Droupadi Murmu‘s birthday, Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan and Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla extended their heartfelt wishes. The Vice President remarked that President Murmu has consistently advocated for the interests of marginalized communities and dedicated herself to serving the nation.
In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan wrote, “Warm birthday wishes to the President of India, Droupadi Murmu. She has always championed the rights of the underprivileged and devoted herself to the service of the nation. Her remarkable commitment to inclusive development and social welfare continues to inspire people across the country.”
He expressed his hopes for President Murmu’s long, healthy, and happy life, stating, “Her life, filled with simplicity, humility, and unwavering dedication to public service, inspires countless individuals across the nation. I wish her a long, healthy, and joyful life so that she can continue contributing to the service of the nation.”
Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla also shared his congratulations, stating, “Heartfelt birthday wishes and infinite good wishes to President Droupadi Murmu. Your inspiring journey from a humble background to the highest constitutional position in the country sends a powerful message of hope, hard work, and determination to millions of Indians, especially women, youth, and marginalized communities.”
Birla further added, “Your dignified leadership as President, unwavering loyalty to the Constitution, and commitment to building an inclusive, developed, and self-reliant India serve as a source of inspiration for all of us. I pray that you are blessed with good health, happiness, fame, and longevity, and that your efforts in serving the nation continue to guide the citizens.”
External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar also congratulated President Murmu on her birthday, appreciating her dedication to public service and wishing her a long and healthy life.
