The Prime Minister called on farmers to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers by 50% and adopt natural farming practices. He stated that this would improve soil health and decrease import reliance. Additionally, he urged the adoption of solar-powered irrigation pumps in agriculture instead of diesel pumps. He emphasized that these efforts would not only help the country tackle current global challenges but also accelerate its journey towards self-reliance.
