PM Modi Promises Six Guarantees to West Bengal Voters in Haldia Rally

Haldia, April 9: Prime Minister Narendra Modi sought blessings from the people of West Bengal for the BJP’s victory during a rally in Haldia. He emphasized that this election is not ordinary; it is about restoring Bengal’s glory and strengthening the foundation for a developed Bengal. The first and most significant step, he stated, is to oust the current government. While addressing the crowd, PM Modi paid tribute to freedom fighter Satish Chandra Samanta and presented six guarantees to the people of the state.

In his speech, PM Modi declared, “During the colonial era, Satish Chandra Samanta shook the British rule. From this very land, I offer six guarantees to West Bengal. The first guarantee is that the BJP government will establish trust in Bengal, replacing fear, and restore faith in the law. The second guarantee is that the government system will be accountable to serve the public. The third guarantee is that every scam, every injustice against daughters, and every rape case will be investigated.”

He added a fourth guarantee, stating that anyone involved in corruption under the TMC regime will face imprisonment. Whether a minister or a guard, the law will hold everyone accountable. No TMC goon will escape the law, and we will not allow the TMC to misuse public funds.

While providing the fifth guarantee, PM Modi assured that refugees would receive all rights under the Constitution, but infiltrators would be expelled and not allowed to stay in India. In his sixth guarantee, he promised that the BJP government would implement the 7th Pay Commission for all state government employees, teachers, and other service workers as soon as it comes to power.

PM Modi urged the people of West Bengal to keep these guarantees in mind and vote in large numbers on April 23. He encouraged them to ensure victory for BJP candidates at every booth. He reiterated, “Our principle and mantra is ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’. We are committed to this. However, I make another promise for Bengal: there will be accountability for the looters along with inclusive development.”

Addressing the rally, PM Modi expressed confidence that Bengal has decided to overcome every adverse situation this time. The enthusiasm for BJP’s victory is evident, marking a storm of change and signaling the end of the TMC’s ruthless government.
