Philips Unveils Cutting-Edge 32-Inch 4K 240Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor

Mumbai, March 17: Philips has officially launched the Evnia 32M2N8800P gaming monitor, featuring a stunning 32-inch 4K OLED display with an impressive 240Hz refresh rate. This monitor is now available on Tmall for 5,999 yuan (approximately $860).

Philips Evnia 32M2N8800P Specifications

The Evnia 32M2N8800P utilizes a 31.5-inch QD-OLED panel with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. This panel incorporates Samsung’s third-generation Quantum Dot OLED technology, enhancing both color accuracy and contrast.

With HDR True Black 400 certification, the display offers sharp visuals and vibrant colors. It achieves a peak brightness of 1000 nits (3% window) and near-perfect color reproduction, boasting 99% DCI-P3, 97.5% AdobeRGB, and 100% sRGB coverage. Each monitor is shipped with a factory calibration report, ensuring color accuracy with a DeltaE < 2.

The monitor’s 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms gray-to-gray (GtG) response time minimize motion blur, making it ideal for fast-paced gaming. Philips has integrated Adaptive Sync technology to eliminate screen tearing and stuttering during high-frame-rate gameplay. Additionally, it holds VESA ClearMR 13000 certification for enhanced motion clarity.

For gaming enthusiasts, the 32M2N8800P offers AI-driven shadow enhancement to brighten dark areas, a Smart Sniper mode for improved accuracy in first-person shooters, and low-latency acceleration technology to reduce input lag, ensuring a more responsive gaming experience.

The monitor features a variety of connectivity options, including one DisplayPort 2.1 port, two HDMI 2.1 ports, a USB-B upstream port, and two USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports. The DisplayPort 2.1 supports up to 4K resolution at 240Hz, while HDMI 2.1 allows for 4K at 120Hz. Philips has also included a 3.5mm audio jack and USB KVM support for seamless peripheral switching.

Additionally, the Evnia 32M2N8800P includes Ambiglow ambient lighting, which synchronizes RGB lighting with on-screen visuals, motion, or audio. The monitor is equipped with dual 5W speakers for built-in audio. Its ergonomic stand allows for height, tilt, and swivel adjustments. Philips also provides a quick-release mechanism, VESA wall-mount compatibility, and a headphone hook.
