OriginOS 6 Update Now Available for More Vivo T-Series Phones

Mumbai, March 9: Vivo is expanding the rollout of the OriginOS 6 update to additional devices, following its schedule. The latest models to receive this update are the Vivo T3 and Vivo T3 Pro. These smartphones entered the trial phase back in January, and now the stable update is finally being released.

The Android 16-based OriginOS 6 update for the Vivo T3 has the firmware version PD2346DF_EX_A_16.2.10.4.W30, while the Pro version is receiving it as PD2404GF_EX_A_16.2.6.3.W30. This significant update has a download size exceeding 4GB, so it is advisable to download it over a stable Wi-Fi connection.

If you own a Vivo T3 or T3 Pro, you can check for the latest update in the System updates section. The initial rollout may be limited to specific regions. If no updates are available, you can request a trial version for earlier access. To do this, go to Settings > About Phone > System updates > Version Trial > Trial version > Download and install.

Make sure to back up important files as a precaution. Also, ensure your device is charged to at least 40 percent before installing the update to prevent it from turning off during the process.

After upgrading to OriginOS 6, users will enjoy a variety of new features, including the innovative Origin Island for real-time updates and multitasking capabilities. The update also enhances the Control Center with improved lighting effects and new system fonts. Furthermore, it introduces new clock styles, widgets, and enhanced privacy and security features. The changelog is similar to that of the Vivo X100, as highlighted by Ytechb, which we have included in this article.
