OP Rajbhar Criticizes Akhilesh and Rahul, Defends PM Modis Foreign Tours

Lucknow, May 20: The political landscape in Uttar Pradesh is heating up with discussions on issues like public prayers, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s foreign tours, and rising inflation. OP Rajbhar, the leader of the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party and a minister in the state government, has launched a sharp attack on Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. Meanwhile, he defended PM Modi’s international trips.

In response to Akhilesh Yadav’s remarks regarding Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s comments on public prayers, Rajbhar stated that Yadav might not be aware of the Supreme Court’s directives. He emphasized that the court has clearly instructed that traffic should not be disrupted on the roads. If a traffic jam occurs, the administration takes action, and legal cases are filed against those responsible. He insisted that any disruption caused by individuals should be addressed and that understanding court orders is crucial before making statements.

Rajbhar also countered Akhilesh’s comments on PM Modi’s appeal to save petrol and diesel. He remarked that Yadav is free to express his opinions but criticized his contradictory political behavior, noting that while he speaks of tradition, he also engages in various activities that seem inconsistent.

Addressing allegations against the BJP regarding the abolition of reservations, Rajbhar targeted the Samajwadi Party. He claimed that during Yadav’s tenure as Chief Minister, significant irregularities occurred in recruitment processes. He accused the party of preparing recruitment lists in advance and sending them to officials. He also pointed out that the rights of the backward classes were compromised, and despite the Muslim community’s support for the Samajwadi Party, no Muslim leader has been considered for the Chief Minister’s position.

On questions regarding Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Uttar Pradesh and PM Modi’s foreign tours, Rajbhar stated that both leaders are following similar paths. He criticized them for portraying India negatively abroad and questioning the country’s institutions. He argued that raising doubts about the Election Commission and EVMs after winning elections reflects the opposition’s double standards. He praised PM Modi for strengthening India’s interests globally, which enhances trade, imports, exports, and international relations.

Rajbhar highlighted that PM Modi’s foreign tours aim to foster peace and development by collaborating with other nations. He asserted that increased cooperation accelerates economic activities and aids India’s progress.

Responding to the strike by medicine traders, Rajbhar remarked that such protests are often ineffective, typically ending after just an hour of shouting on the streets.

Regarding the intense heat in the state, Rajbhar urged residents to exercise caution. He advised against unnecessary exposure to the sun and recommended completing essential tasks during the cooler morning and evening hours. He encouraged people to stay hydrated and adopt measures to protect themselves from the heat.
