Om Prakash Rajbhar Defends Constitution, Criticizes Akhilesh Yadavs Claims
UP Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar asserts that the Constitution is safe under PM Modi and CM Yogi, challenging Akhilesh Yadavs statements.

New Delhi, October 27 (Daily Kiran) : Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar from Uttar Pradesh has responded sharply to remarks made by Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav regarding the Constitution. Rajbhar asserted that the Constitution is secure in the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
In a recent conversation, Rajbhar stated that the public is aware that Yadav primarily promotes his own caste. “From my experience, I can say he has little regard for other communities. His dream of winning elections will remain just that—a dream,” he remarked.
Rajbhar emphasized that the electorate is wise and understands that the Constitution is not in jeopardy. He pointed out that Yadav has been raising concerns about the Constitution since 2012, yet little has changed. He noted that communities from Muslims to the most backward classes are not swayed by Yadav’s false claims. “The Constitution is safe with PM Modi and CM Yogi,” he reiterated.
He challenged Yadav to clarify his stance on the Constitution, questioning why he raises issues regarding the SIR (Special Investigation Report) if he truly respects it.
Minister Kapil Dev Agarwal added that the Samajwadi Party operates like a family-run organization, with only family members visible in Parliament, the Assembly, and as party leaders. He criticized the party for not providing opportunities to the Kasyap and Prajapati communities, claiming that the public is aware of their true nature. Agarwal expressed confidence that the electorate would bless their party for a third consecutive term.
BJP leader Manmeet Singh remarked on Yadav’s claims about protecting the Constitution, stating that the SIR was conducted under constitutional guidelines. He suggested that Yadav’s concern stems from the fact that fraudulent voters, who previously supported him, are no longer able to do so. Singh predicted that the Samajwadi Party would struggle to secure even 60 seats in the upcoming elections.
Minister Anil Rajbhar asserted that Yadav only sees his own caste and a select group of people. He claimed that the backward classes are no longer deceived by Yadav, stating that they stand firmly with PM Modi and CM Yogi, indicating that the upcoming elections will not favor Yadav’s party.
