No LPG Shortage in Ratnagiri, Collector Urges Public to Ignore Rumors

Ratnagiri, March 13: The Collector of Ratnagiri district, Manuj Jindal, has firmly stated that there is no shortage of LPG cylinders in the area. He has urged residents not to believe the rumors circulating on social media.

The Collector explained that some individuals are spreading false information, claiming a severe shortage of domestic gas cylinders and suggesting that supply could be halted for up to 45 days. He emphasized that such reports are completely false and misleading.

According to district administration, the gas supply throughout Ratnagiri is fully operational. A review meeting with senior officials has already taken place, and another meeting will be held soon under the guidance of Minister Uday Samant to monitor the situation.

Collector Manuj Jindal personally inspected a major gas agency in Ratnagiri, where over 3,000 LPG cylinders were in stock. He assured that other gas agencies in the district also have sufficient stock to meet public demand.

The administration has reassured all citizens that there is no shortage of gas cylinders anywhere in the district and that supply will continue without interruption.

Residents are requested to disregard fake news circulating on social media, particularly claims of a 45-day shortage. If anyone experiences issues with gas supply, they should immediately contact the official helpline numbers provided by the district administration.

The district administration has promised to continuously provide accurate information to the public and ensure that there are no disruptions in LPG supply in Ratnagiri.
