New Delhi, February 21: Nitin Naveen, the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), launched a sharp attack on the Congress party during a press conference on Friday. He labeled Congress as a “stronghold of urban Naxals” and condemned the alleged disruption at the India AI Impact Summit 2026.
Naveen stated that the incident was a conspiracy to tarnish the country’s image and predicted that Rahul Gandhi‘s “anarchist policies” would lead to Congress’s downfall. He remarked, “Today is a sorrowful day for the nation and its citizens. When parties lack principles, policies, and leadership, such anti-national thoughts emerge. While the world takes pride in the AI Impact Summit being held in India, these anarchist-minded individuals are plotting to defame the country.”
He further accused Congress of being entirely dominated by urban Naxal ideologies, saying, “The way Congress leaders created a ruckus at the AI Summit and the party’s support for it is quite unfortunate. I strongly condemn this behavior. Rahul Gandhi, whenever the nation has experienced moments of pride, you have found ways to bring sorrow to the country and its people.”
The BJP leader described Congress’s mindset as “degraded,” asserting that it brings shame to all Indians. He urged Congress leaders to distance themselves from Rahul Gandhi’s anarchist policies, warning that the party’s downfall is imminent. Naveen concluded, “At a time when the youth of the country and global leaders are gathered for this significant event, the actions of Congress leaders reflect their mindset. I vehemently denounce Congress’s unfortunate actions.”
