Patna, September 30 (Daily Kiran) : The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is intensifying its preparations for the upcoming elections to eight seats in the Bihar Legislative Council. A meeting of state leaders from various NDA constituent parties was held on Wednesday at the BJP state office in Patna. The discussions focused on electoral strategies, organizational coordination, and enhancing collaboration among the alliance members.
Present at the meeting were prominent figures including BJP state president Sanjay Sarawagi, JD(U) state president Umesh Singh Kushwaha, LJP (Ram Vilas) state president Surendra Kumar, RLJP state president Alok Kumar Singh, and the Hindustani Awam Morcha (HAM) state vice-president Prof. D.N. Sinha, along with other senior NDA leaders. The gathering reviewed the preparations of all constituent parties for the council elections.
Leaders deliberated on effectively implementing a joint strategy for the elections, establishing better coordination at various organizational levels, and strengthening communication among party workers. After the meeting, Sarawagi stated that the NDA would enter the elections with complete unity and strength. He emphasized that all constituent parties would work together to ensure victories in all eight seats.
Sarawagi remarked that the NDA’s approach is based on collective decision-making, open dialogue, and coordination. He encouraged any leader or worker facing issues or having suggestions to meet with senior leaders and the Chief Minister to voice their concerns. The NDA prioritizes resolving issues through communication while ensuring all allied parties are on the same page.
He further assured that there is no confusion or uncertainty among the NDA constituent parties. All parties are actively engaged in election preparations under a shared strategy, and organizational coordination is being established.
The BJP state president highlighted the NDA government’s significant achievements in Bihar regarding development, infrastructure, employment, education, health, and public welfare. Alliance leaders and workers plan to inform the public about these accomplishments as they campaign.
NDA leaders present at the meeting expressed confidence in winning all eight seats in the Legislative Council, stating that all allied parties would enter the electoral arena with coordinated efforts and a shared strategy. Voting for the eight teacher and graduate seats in the Bihar Legislative Council is scheduled for October 23, with counting set for October 27.
