Nazara Technologies gains after its arm inks pact with Disney Star

Nazara Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1073.30, up by 0.85 points or 0.08% from its previous closing of Rs. 1072.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1065.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1093.40 and Rs. 1056.00 respectively. So far 6889 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 4 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3354.40 on 11-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1050.05 on 12-May-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1163.00 and Rs. 1056.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3573.96 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 19.32%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.24% and 66.44% respectively.

Nazara Technologies’ material subsidiary — Nodwin Gaming (Nodwin) has entered into partnership with Disney Star to air the Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) Masters Series on the Star Sports 2 channel in Hindi, Tamil and English. Nodwin Gaming is bringing esports to prime time television by launching the BGMI Masters Series. The new series will be aired during prime time from June 24, 2022 to July 17, 2022.
