Mizoram PSC Announces Recruitment for 9 Positions Including Assistant Professor

Aizawl, May 1: A fantastic opportunity has emerged for youth aspiring to become government employees. The Mizoram Public Service Commission (Mizoram PSC) has officially announced the recruitment of a total of 9 positions in the Higher and Technical Education Department, including Assistant Professor (Phase-I).

The recruitment includes positions for Assistant Professors in various disciplines: Civil Engineering, Electronics, Management, Computer Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, and one Workshop Superintendent.

The online application process commenced on April 28 and will close on May 29. Eligible and interested candidates can submit their registration forms on the official website until 4:00 PM on the last date.

Candidates applying for the positions in Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronics, and Workshop Superintendent must hold a BE/BTech/BS and ME/MTech/MS or an integrated MTech degree in the relevant branch from a recognized institution or university, with a minimum of first-class or equivalent.

For the Management position, candidates should possess a graduation degree in any subject, along with a post-graduation degree in Business Administration/PGDM/CA/ICWA/M.Com with first-class or equivalent, and at least two years of professional experience after obtaining their master’s degree.

Candidates applying for the positions in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English must have a master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks. Additionally, all candidates must meet other specified eligibility criteria, skills, and experience requirements. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary according to Level 10 of the pay matrix.
