Mumbai, March 19: Bhojpuri cinema’s beloved actress Mahi Srivastava is set to appear in the upcoming film ‘Kewat.’ Notably, the film features renowned devotional singer and Padma Shri awardee Anup Jalota.
On Thursday, Mahi expressed her gratitude to the entire team via Instagram. She shared that working on ‘Kewat’ has been a delightful experience. Alongside photos with the team, she wrote, “My experience working on ‘Kewat’ has been wonderful. I am especially thrilled to have collaborated with Anup Jalota and Pawan Pandey.”
Mahi revealed that the film is directed by Ananjay Raghuraj and produced by Ratnakar Kumar.
The shooting of ‘Kewat’ is currently taking place in Varanasi, capturing the essence of its ghats, alleys, and various locales. However, further details about the film remain under wraps. An official announcement regarding the trailer or release date is expected soon.
