LITERARY FESTIVAL ABHIVYAKTI SEASON 2 CLOSES ON A HIGH

Jaipur : The third and final day of Abhivyakti Season 2 witnessed a jam-packed Jawahar Kala Kendra; the first two days having been extremely eventful and absorbing.

The day commenced with the arrival of some well known personalities. These included Femina Miss India Runner Up 2022 Miss Rubal Shekhawat and noted stand up comedian Mrs Neeti Palta. Regional President, AWWA Mrs Ravneet Bhinder launched the first book of the day titled ‘The Birth of My Nation’ written by Mrs Sutapa Basu. The first event of the day at ‘Rangayan’ was the talk ‘Fearful to Fearless’ by Mr Lokesh Nathani and launch of his book cover – ‘Public Speaking Unlocked’.

This was followed by a highly entertaining and thought provoking theatre play ‘Shakkar Ke Paanch Daane’ by Mr Kumud Mishra and Troupe. Parallelly, the session ‘Army Brats – Badge of Honour’ at ‘Madhyavarti’ was an interview with young adults of Army background who have achieved name and fame in different fields. These Army brats included Femina Miss India Runner Up 2022 Miss Rubal Shekhawat, stand up comedian Mrs Neeti Palta and an achiever at Mrs India Worldwide 2019 Mrs Shailza Suri. The next event at ‘Madhyavarti’ was the stand up comedy act by Mrs Neeti Palta. Member of Parliament Princess Diya Kumari graced the event today and launched the book ‘Yeh Na Thi Hamari Kismat’ written by Mrs Lily Swarn.

lunch session at Rangayan was ‘Dastaangoi- A form of Story Telling’ wherein Miss Fouzia recited Ramayana in Urdu. This was a unique and interesting event for the audience. At ‘Madhyavarti’, the session ‘Nayi Peedhi Nayi Soch/ Sculpting Young Minds’ involved noted Principals like Mrs Ameeta Mulla Wattal and Mrs Archana S Mankotia & eminent educationists sharing tips and information on how to help kids become responsible readers in the digital age.

The Closing Ceremony ended the event on a high. The Regional President, AWWA Mrs Ravneet Bhinder launched the book ‘Rang Badalti Zindagi’ written by Mrs Krishnalata Singh. This was followed by a Vote of Thanks by Mrs Aparna Erry, Regional Vice President AWWA . The final act of the day was a scintillating performance by the fusion band ‘Dunes of Rajasthan’.
