Ahead of the launch, the company has revealed key hardware specifications, showcasing notable performance improvements over its predecessor. The Legion Y700 (2026) will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, recognized as the most powerful chip in the Android market. This makes the Y700 the first compact tablet to incorporate this new flagship silicon. Lenovo has equipped the device with LPDDR5T RAM rated at 10667Mbps and UFS 4.1 Pro storage, ensuring rapid memory access and faster data transfers. Reports indicate that the tablet will offer configurations of up to 24GB RAM and 1TB storage.
