Lenovo has unveiled its new ThinkCentre X AIO at CES 2026, introducing a professional all-in-one PC that stands out primarily due to its distinctive display design.
The ThinkCentre X AIO features a 27.6-inch IPS screen with a rare near-square aspect ratio of 16:18, measuring 2,560 by 2,880 pixels. This unusual shape allows the display to show two A4-sized pages side by side, making it ideal for tasks such as document editing, coding, and content creation rather than gaming or entertainment.
The panel operates at a standard 60Hz refresh rate, with a 14ms response time. It offers 300 nits peak brightness, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, and covers 98 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut. These specifications make it suitable for creative professionals, though it does not represent the highest-end display technology.
Under the hood, the ThinkCentre X AIO is powered by Intel’s third-generation Core Ultra processors, with options up to the Core Ultra X7 chip. While these are laptop-class CPUs rather than desktop-grade, they provide sufficient performance for most professional applications.
The system supports up to 64GB of LPDDR5x RAM running at 9,600 MT/s and includes dual M.2 2280 SSD slots for storage expansion. Graphics are managed by Intel’s integrated Arc B390 GPU with 12 Xe3 cores, which marks a notable improvement over previous integrated graphics, although discrete GPU options are not available.
Additional features include an optional 16-megapixel AI camera, four microphones, and four speakers. Connectivity options consist of Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, Thunderbolt and HDMI 2.1 ports at the rear, and USB-C and USB-A ports on the side. Notably, there is no mention of wired Ethernet connectivity, which is unusual for a ThinkCentre model. A physical shutter for the camera enhances user privacy.
The ThinkCentre X AIO weighs approximately 7.37 kilograms and is slated for an official launch in March 2026. Lenovo has not yet disclosed pricing or availability details.
