Launch of Modi Katha Scheduled for Prime Minister Modis Birthday

New Delhi, September 14 (Daily Kiran) : A new book titled ‘Modi Katha’ by senior journalist and author Dr. Harish Chandra Barnwal will be launched on September 17, coinciding with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday. The book, published by Prabhat Prakashan, will be unveiled by Arjun Ram Meghwal, the Union Minister of Law and Justice.

The event is set to take place at 5 PM in the Samvet Sabhagar at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA) in New Delhi. Ram Bahadur Rai, the chairman of IGNCA, will preside over the ceremony. Notable guests will include senior journalists Saeed Ansari from Aaj Tak and Chitra Tripathi from ABP News.

‘Modi Katha’ marks Dr. Barnwal’s fifth book focusing on Prime Minister Modi. He describes it not as a political critique but as a collection of ten real-life incidents that highlight the human side of Modi’s public life. The stories reflect his sensitivity, compassion, and warmth, drawn from experiences over the past 25 years.

Among the narratives featured in the book is an account of a train journey in 1990, where a young Narendra Modi changed the perception of two women travelers. Another story recounts how Modi embraced a grassroots worker from Nepal, Jeet Bahadur, and continued to remember him after becoming Prime Minister.

The book also includes the touching story of a teacher named Geetaben and a visually impaired student, Pinkal, whose meeting led to special provisions in the central budget for visually impaired students. Additionally, it highlights the lives of ordinary people like the young girl Taiyba from Agra and laborer Chandrakant from Hubli.

Dr. Barnwal emphasizes the authenticity of the book, noting that each story includes references to its sources, allowing readers to verify the events’ truth themselves.

A well-known figure in journalism, Dr. Barnwal has worked with various prominent media outlets, including News18 India, ABP News, NDTV, ZEE News, and DD News. He currently runs a YouTube channel focused on political analysis. To date, he has published 11 books, including titles such as ‘Modi Sutra’, ‘Modi Policy’, ‘Truth I Speak’, ‘Language of Television’, and ‘Untold Stories of the Sangh’.
