Jogulamba Gadwal, April 15 : on Tourism and Culture Minister G Kishan Reddy has exuded confidence that the BJP will come to power in the next Assembly election in Telangana. Reddy participated in the second phase of Praja Sangrama Yatra in this district on the second day on Friday, launched by BJP State President Bandi Sanjay Kumar, MP on Thursday. Speaking at a meeting in Linganwai village on “ Prajala Gosa-BJP Bharosa”, the Minister urged the people to extend support to the Yatra which is aimed to know the problems of the people. Speaking on the development activities taken up by the BJP-led NDA government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said that the Centre had provided five kgs of rice to the poor people during the Covid-19 pandemic. The BJP-led government had also extended free vaccination to protect the lives of the people of the country, Reddy said. The Minister stated that the Centre was providing funds to every village for the development of roads, streetlights , sanitation and the construction of toilets. To extend its helping hand to the poor people up to Rs 5 lakh worth medical treatment per year, the Modi Government has introduced Ayushman Bharat Health Scheme, but the TRS Government has not implemented the scheme. Likewise, the Crop Insurance scheme was also not implemented in Telangana, he pointed out. Reddy said that the farmers were not getting loans with 25 paisa interest, tenant farmers are not getting Rythu Bandhu benefits and pending projects was not completed in the state. Hence, we have to throw out the ‘dictatorship’ rule of K Chandrashekar Rao and need to achieve corruption free regime of BJP in the state.
