Thiruvananthapuram, March 25 : Kerala has reported 543 fresh Covid-19 cases from 17,804 samples tested during the last 24 hours on Friday. “Meanwhile, 2 recent deaths lacking proper records have been added today. About 79 deaths were also added to the list based on appeals seeking its inclusion in the list taking the death toll in the State to 67,631,” an official statement said. About 872 people have recovered from the disease today. As many as 4,389 people, who already tested positive, are undergoing treatment in the State while 64,57,300 people have recovered from the infection so far. Currently 15,298 people are under observation in the State — 14,838 are at their homes or institutional quarantine centres and 460 in hospitals. Today, 88 people infected with virus were admitted in hospitals in the State. DS GNK
