Thiruvananthapuram, April 16 : Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the valedictory function of the 23rd National Conference of Chairpersons of State Public Service Commisions (PSCs) here on Saturday. The conference is being attended by UPSC Chairman Dr Manoj Soni, Goa PSC Chairman and National Conference Chairman Jose Manuel Noronh and Kerala PSC Chairman Advocate M K Sakeer.
