Kangana Ranaut Celebrates Navami with Kanya Poojan and Festive Spirit
Actress Kangana Ranaut performed Kanya Poojan at home, sharing her festive moments on social media during the auspicious occasion of Navami.
Mumbai, October 19 (Daily Kiran) : Actress Kangana Ranaut marked the auspicious occasion of Navami with a special Havan ceremony at her home in Mumbai. The star of the film “Queen” also participated in Kanya Poojan, sharing glimpses of the celebration on her social media accounts.
Dressed in a blue salwar kameez, Kangana looked radiant with light makeup and her hair flowing freely. During the Kanya Poojan, she was seen applying a ceremonial mark on a young girl and washing her feet, a traditional gesture of respect and devotion.
In her post, Kangana expressed her wishes for everyone’s good health, stating, “Today, on this auspicious day of Mahaanavami, we performed Devi Pooja, Havan, and Kanya Poojan at home. May the goddess protect our country and bless us with happiness and prosperity. Jai Mata Di.”

She shared behind-the-scenes photos from a recent photoshoot, where she appeared like a fairy in a heavily embroidered multicolored lehenga-choli, adorned with black bangles and silver jewelry.
She remarked on the joy of wearing her native traditional crafts and cultural heritage, stating, “It was wonderful to participate in the Garba festival in Chhattisgarh. Here are some glimpses from the photoshoot.”
Discussing the significance of Navratri and Garba, she noted, “Navratri is a celebration of femininity, and Garba is a dance of life, with the goddess (Shakti) at the center of it all. Wishing everyone a blessed Navratri.”
