Patna, April 18 : Special CBI court awarded three years rigorous imprisonment to a j or officer Sudama Singh of the telecomm cation department on Monday for getting a job on fake certificate. The special judge Anant Kumar Singh also slapped a fine of Rs 10,000 against the former J or Telecom Officer of Saharsa district. The CBI prosecutor said that the officer was appointed as JTO in the telecomm cation department based on a fake BSc engineering electrical degree certificate from the year 1989. The matter came to light after 15 years of getting the job. The CBI lodged the case in 2004 and after investigation submitted charge-sheet against Sudama. XC RS ARN
