Junior NTR Calls for Action Against Misuse of AI in Manipulated Videos

Hyderabad, October 3 (Daily Kiran) : Telugu film star Junior NTR has urged both state and federal governments to take decisive action against the misuse of artificial intelligence. His appeal comes in response to manipulated videos circulating online, particularly a distorted version of the song “Chuttamalle” from his film “Devara.”

On social media, Junior NTR expressed his outrage, labeling the creators of these videos as “sickening” and “shameless.” He emphasized the cultural significance of respecting women in India, where they are revered as mothers and goddesses. “Creating such vile content using AI is beyond shameful,” he stated.

He vowed to pursue every possible legal action against those responsible for making and spreading the altered video. “I will not spare anyone involved in this disgraceful act,” he declared.

Junior NTR also appealed to the public, urging them not to view, share, or engage with such content. “Today, it may be someone else; tomorrow, it could be your mother, sister, wife, or daughter. This is a serious issue,” he warned. He called on all state and central governments to implement stringent regulations against the misuse of AI technology.

Previously, actress Janhvi Kapoor also voiced her concerns regarding the proliferation of fake videos. On her social media platform, she described the spread of AI-generated false content as troubling and urged others not to create, share, or promote such material. She affirmed that legal action would be taken against those involved.
