JCB India inaugurates a new dealership facility for Rajesh Motors in Udaipur, Rajasthan

Udaipur : JCB India Limited, India’s leading manufacturer of Earthmoving and Construction Equipment, inaugurated a new dealership facility in Udaipur for Rajesh Motors. Offering JCB India’s innovative Product Portfolio, the newly inaugurated state-of-the-art facility is set to provide unmatched Product Support and Ownership experience to customers in Udaipur and surrounding areas. The facility was inaugurated in the presence of Lord Bamford, Chairman, JCB.

Spread across 38,000 sq. ft. with a built-up area of 24,000 sq. ft. this new 3S integrated facility employs close to 175 people.The workforce has skilled teams for Sales, Service and Parts. The facility also has a 12-bay integrated Service workshop along with a LiveLink Command Centre to provideWorld-class Customer Experience and Product Support.For JCB customers, all facilities for Product Support are under one roof – Welding, Boring, Engine, overhaul etc. Rajesh Motors Udaipur will also have the capability for Line Boring for Boom, Dipper, Loader arm, King Post Carriage for the benefit of its Customers.

Udaipur is known for its Mining sector and has major minerals like Marble, Granite, Rock Phosphate & Soapstone. There is high potential for Excavators, thus this new set-up is state-of-the-art for giving customers a world-class JCB experience. It is even bigger than Rajesh Motors’ Jaipur Head Office. The new facility has a training centre for skill enhancement and has focussed teams for Sales and Product Support. There also are a high number of Major Account customers in the territory. Through this facility, Rajesh Motors will cater to multiple districts around Udaipur, including Dungarpur, Banswara, Sirohi and Rajsamand.

The company recently launched the Premium Line of Excavators consisting of the JCBNXT 225LC M, JCB315LC HD and the JCB385LC. These machines are designed for arduous and tough Indian operating conditions in the most demanding of applications. They are capable to perform large-scale earthwork applications and work in quarries and mining applications.
