Defence spokesperson told DD News that at about 2000 hours, Pakistan initiated an unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with small arms & shelling with Mortars in Kirni & Qasba sectors in District Poonch, Jammu & Kashmir.
However, alert Indian troops are giving a befitting reply. The exchange of fire was going on when reports last came. No damage was caused to Indian side by Pak firing.
