Brussels, March 26 : EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said on Saturday that a new nuclear deal with Iran will be sealed within days, Khaleej Times reported. Countries that were behind the deal have been expressing optimism for weeks that an agreement is close regarding the revival of the 2015 nuclear deal with Iran, which began to unravel after the ted States withdrew from it in 2018. The western countries have been pushing for the talks to be concluded “urgently” because Iran had in the meantime accelerated its nuclear programme. The EU coordinator for the talks, Enrique Mora, was in Tehran on Saturday and said he was hoping to close gaps in the negotiations and prevent the nuclear programme from advancing. ACL2348
