Beijing, March 17: iQOO has confirmed the upcoming launch of the iQOO Z11 in China this month. This smartphone will be positioned below the iQOO Z11 Turbo, which was introduced in January. Recently, the Z11, identified by the model number V2551A, received approval from China’s 3C certification platform. The device has now surfaced on Geekbench, unveiling key hardware details prior to its official release.
iQOO Z11 Geekbench Listing
The Geekbench listing reveals that the device, associated with the model number V2551A, is powered by the Dimensity 8500 chipset. The CPU configuration includes one prime core clocked at 3.40GHz, three performance cores at 3.20GHz, and four efficiency cores running at 2.20GHz. Additionally, the listing indicates the presence of a Mali-G720 MC8 GPU for graphics performance.
The benchmark results confirm that the device will feature 16GB of RAM and run on Android 16, likely with the OriginOS 6 skin. In the Geekbench 6 test, the iQOO Z11 achieved a single-core score of 1,717 and a multi-core score of 6,795, aligning with typical scores for the D8500 chipset.
iQOO Z11 Key Specifications
Beyond the benchmark data, several specifications of the iQOO Z11 have been officially confirmed. The smartphone will boast a 165Hz eye-protection gaming display and a massive 9,020mAh battery, which is touted as the largest ever used in an iQOO device. According to its 3C certification, the phone is expected to support 90W fast charging.
Leaked information from tipster Digital Chat Station suggests that the Z11 may feature a 6.83-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The device is also anticipated to offer up to 512GB of internal storage, indicating a strong focus on gaming performance and extended battery life.
Currently, there is no information on whether the iQOO Z11 will be available outside of China. While its specifications are robust enough for a Neo-series device in international markets, a recent report indicated that iQOO has no plans to launch a Neo-series phone in 2026. In China, the expected price is around $290.
